Our Policy
1. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not
satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 5 days for a full refund.
2. Our prices do not include shipping or sales tax. We charge
actual shipping and costs on all orders, and SC sales tax is added to all orders shipped
to a SC address.
3. We use high quality natural gemstones in all of our
jewelry. Lab grown stones are available upon request, but are not refundable.
If you are a connoisseur of gems, and you intend to spend as much time looking at your
stones with a loupe or a microscope as you do wearing them, then you may want to consider
upgrading your selection to collector quality
stones. Whatever the case, just E-mail us for a price.
4. Unless noted otherwise, all of the gold jewelry on this site is
priced as 14 karat yellow gold. If you want something in 10k or 18k, yellow or white
gold, or platinum, just E-mail us for a price.
5. We do not sell our customers names to anyone. Your business
with us is strictly confidential and very much appreciated.
6. Our costs for precious metals and gems fluctuate occasionally,
therefore our prices are subject to change without notice. You will be notified by
E-mail if there has been an unposted change to the price of an item you have ordered, and
we will ALWAYS confirm that you still want the item prior to processing your order.
7. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery, custom
items may take longer.
8. All of the stone weights listed on this site are approximate and
will vary slightly with each individual piece of jewelry. As always, your
satisfaction is guaranteed.
9. We ship credit card orders to the continental United States and
Canada only. International orders required advanced payment by certified check.
Restrictions apply to purchases over $500. All credit card
transactions are subject to authentication.
